I've been working on increasing the efficiency of fighting, to make a more practial and dominant style which is applicable in self-defence situations. I've found that stationary fighting styles are not always translatable to actual combat. 
 
I've trained on many systems of combat and have taken away things that aren't practical or of high probability in the chaotic scenario of combat. To develop this system I've spared with teachers and practioners in different types of combat, all the research and training and refining has led me to this dynamic program.
