For almost 20 years, Giga Ovgod has been practising Martial-arts exclusively at home along with other self-improvement studies driven by heart-break, and he has gone on to teach hundreds of thousands the transformative things he has learnt. He says "I teach a male how to become a more physically and socially attractive version of himself". This self-improvement is his passion and i'm delighted to share my journey with you.
